Please read the following terms and conditions
Description of goods
We (Rabart Pro-Choice Canine) make every effort to provide an accurate description of our goods, including photographs where available
Please ensure that you have read the descriptions before agreeing to purchase
Payment
When making an online purchase, payment is by debit/credit card or PayPal
You (the customer) has the right to cancel an order via written confirmation within 7 days of receiving the goods
You must then return the goods within 7 days, unused and with their original packaging
You will then be given a 'Credit Note' once we have received the returned goods and checked they are in an acceptable state minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
A full refund will only be given if the goods are faulty
Any breakages or damages deemed to be the result of the customer will be deducted from the total refund/credit
Products
Not all of our products are kept in stock as we sometimes order direct from the manufacturer
If for any reason an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you to confirm expected ETAs, discuss an alternative product or refund in full if necessary
Delivery
For all stock items, our standard delivery aim is 3-7 working days from receipt of completed payment transaction (except outside of mainland UK). Due to our work commitments this is not always possible to which we can only apologise for in advance
We reserve the right to hold delivery of said order if the correct delivery payment is not received
